Customer Relations

Well today I learned thatI have good customer relation when it comes to people. But some people are rude,nasty, and like to feel people out. My favorite comment that people say ....Oh I used to be a manager or server in a restaurant Really you were. " Thats ridiculous ... I can';t stand people that don;t have the same personality as other people. I am amazed that people don't try and make there kids more family ish.
